Long story but I accidentally sent my order to my old address, so I emailed customer support. Not only did the answer within hours, they found my order and made sure it would be delivered safely to my new address. The customer service it's above and beyond other companies I have dealt with. Thank you! My son will get his present for his birthday regardless of my very silly mistake. I'm so impressed.

Probably the best shop available in the UK. Great stock, next day delivery to London via Royal Mail. Sadly DHL can ruin the delivery experience. When paid extra for courier delivery took longer than Royal Mail.

Good easy to navigate website, Good range of products and good delivery (standard delivery) and it turned up the next day! Everything ordered arrived well packaged and protected (I've had some bad experiences in the past else where). I know exactly where I'll be going for new cars and upgrades. Well done fellas!

Ordered an Rc car from them. Played with it on daughters birthday week before Christmas. Had an issue with the car. Contacted them sent across video of said fault. Parts posted same day for me to fit (my choice). Unfortunately didn't fix fault. New car sent out to be delivered next day Christmas eve (a sunday)received new car then in the mean time I found the fault and repaired. Purchased the second car for my us. Can't fault the service in anyway would 100% recommend to anyone.

Brought a new receiver just before Christmas, unfortunately the receiver was dead when I came to use it (of course not a fault of Modelsport). Filled in the returns form and prepaid postage label was provided. Sent back and within 2 days - a new replacement was provided. Excellent service and a big Thank You ! From me :)

Fantastic guys and customer service.... drove from Liverpool to enquire about one of their remote control cars (i looked at on there website).... PK helped me and advised me on all aspects of questions i had for him to do with car..... even show me car i was look at and explained how things worked under body shell... what were best tires, how different batteries work etc... Totally satisfied and would highly recommend for any one who has or is think about get remote control car.

Wonderful place for RC cars. They have everything to do with 4 wheels however I wasn't looking for heli's or planes so not sure. I came away happy with my purchases and experience. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Fantastic customer service! Bought 2 RC cars online, delivered quickly. Had a couple of technical issues (mainly user error!) which they helped to resolve quickly and efficiently. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again.
